About

A brick plant,
not a middleman

Casting since 2008. 18 years of the same mix, the same cure, the same yard — and nothing sold here that was not made here.

Who we are

We cast what we sell. The range runs from a 2×4×8 detail brick to an 8×8×12 structural brick — one mix, one cure, so a wall built from two sizes still courses cleanly.

It shows in the parts of a job nobody photographs: whether the arrises are square, whether the bed height holds, whether the face takes plaster without a bonding coat.

How we work

Four stages, every batch

  1. 01 — Mix

    It starts in the mix

Cement, aggregate and water to a fixed ratio, batched the same way every run. It is the mix that makes one pallet behave like the next on site.

  2. 02 — Cast

    Pressed, not poured

Units are formed on a vibrating press. The vibration settles the aggregate and drives the voids out, and leaves behind the open face texture that keys plaster.

  3. 03 — Cure

    Cured under cover

Fresh units go to covered bays, not straight into the weather. An uninterrupted cure is the difference between a square edge and a crumbling arris.

  4. 04 — Dispatch

    Stacked, loaded, delivered

Cured stock is stacked square and loaded to a booked slot, so the site knows when the load lands and can have the access clear for it.

The process

How a brick is born

Four raw materials, measured and mixed, pressed and cured. The same sequence runs for every size in the range — which is why two of them still course together.

What you get

Buying direct, in full

The three things a builder actually needs from a brick supplier: that it turns up, that nobody has taken a cut on the way, and that it lays without arguments.

  • On site, on time

No lead time on standard sizes
All 7 standard sizes sit on the ground and can be collected the hour you arrive. Only the 5" × 8" × 16" is cast to order.
    Same-day site delivery
Orders placed within the working day reach site inside a twelve-hour window — two hours being the typical turnaround from order to drop-off.
    Booked slots, kept
Every delivery runs to a slot agreed in advance, so your crew is never standing waiting. If anything is going to move, the yard tells you before it does.
  • No one in the middle

    Zero broker fees
You deal with the yard directly. Nobody sits between you and the plant taking a commission on the load.
    Factory-direct pricing
The price you are quoted comes from the plant that cast the bricks — not a resold one with a margin folded in.
  • Laid without arguments

    Three-stage inspection
Every run is checked at the mix, again after the cure, and again as the load leaves the yard.
    Fully cured before dispatch
Nothing leaves green. Bricks arrive ready to lay, not crumbling as they come off the lorry.
    Cast to size
Mould control is tight enough that masons are not trimming units to make a course come out right.
Raise anything that is not right
If something is wrong with a load, or you have a question about what turned up, call or message the yard and talk to us. Sooner is better than later.

Judge it in the hand

No photograph settles a brick the way picking one up does. Call ahead and the sizes you’re considering will be waiting when you arrive.
