What the yard needs to know

Sizes and quantities
Which sizes, and roughly how many of each. If all you have is wall dimensions, send those — we will work the count out.

Where it is going
The site address, or the nearest landmark if there is not one yet. A dropped pin is ideal.

When you need it
The date it has to be on site. Standard sizes come off the ground the same day; the 5" × 8" × 16" is cast to order, so tell us early if that is the one you need.

Whether a lorry can reach it
Width of the approach, any overhead cables, and where the load can be tipped. Knowing it before we set off saves a wasted run.
